The next stage is a Pre-Occupancy Walk Through with the purchaser of the house or flat. This normally takes place seven days before handover of the property.
This process is designed to give the purchaser an opportunity to highlight any cleaning issues they may have arising from the sales process or through additional work carried out by the finishing trades after the Build Clean.
Once the issues have been identified our cleaning staff move into deal with them.
