Fully Uniformed Static Guards

X714 security also provides Fully Uniformed Static Guards for situations where only a live presence will do.

Very often this is the best option on demolition sites where there is no power supply or other locations where logistics make CCTV or mechanical monitoring impractical or impossible.

Our Uniformed Static Guards, like all X714 security personnel undergo a thorough vetting procedure to ensure that they have no criminal record, have not been involved in violence or fraud and that their levels of personal integrity meet the standards demanded by the Security Industry Authority.

Our Uniformed Static Guards are also trained in all aspects of guard duties.

X714 security harnesses electronic technology to provide clients with evidence that our guards actually patrol the areas they are assigned to cover.

We have a system of battery-powered sensors which are fitted at key points in the inspection route agreed after a walk-round by the client and the company.

The guard carries a hand-held device that not only tells X714 security where he is at any given time, but also records the time of each visit to each of the sensors.

At the end of the shift the hand-held device is linked to our computer system and the record of sensors the guard visited and when he visited them are downloaded.

This means that both the client and the company can be satisfied that the guard has discharged his duty

Fail-safe Inspections

We also provide regular after-hours inspections of video protected, and other unmanned sites by means of personal inspections by our security supervisors.

These normally comprise of two passes per night.

This service utilises our electronic patrol route verification system.

The system consists of a series of discreet battery-powered sensor units which are mounted at predetermined check points, agreed by the company and X714 security.

Our security supervisor carries a hand-held device which records when each point on the pre-agreed route was visited.

The route might involve a sensor in the proximity of each video camera, or at the access to site buildings, or the gates of materials stores and compounds.

Once the supervisor returns to the office their hand-held device is linked to our computer system, and the record of visits to each sensor point is downloaded.

This gives X714 security and the client confirmation that inspections have taken place at the various points and times previously agreed.
